Visual Design with impact: A Visual UX Exploration of UX Principles
Role: Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Content Creator
Visual design isn't just about how things look – it's about how they make people feel and act. I'm passionate about exploring this connection, crafting clean and user-friendly designs that resonate with people.
Here's what I bring to the table:
The Power of Color Theory: Through color theory, I use color strategically to evoke emotions and guide users through their experiences.
UX principles: I leverage the science of visual perception to create clear and effective communication, using tools like Gestalt principles and UX best practices.
Branding: I help businesses create unique visual identities that connect with their audience and leave a lasting impression.
Documentation: I'm skilled in design documentation and utilize a variety of tools to transform your ideas into reality.
Skills: Market Research, Competitor Analysis, & Logo Design
Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Paper Sketches
Overview: Queen of Spades, a Taco Restaurant in Ann Arbor, needs a logo demonstrating its values and principles. It is also looking for visual inspiration for their upcoming mobile app.
Deliverables: Logo, Brand Guidelines, Mobile Concept
I first started with Research & Ideation, reviewing competitors’ logos to develop multiple concepts of possible logos.

For the visual concept, I worked on a couple of key screens to help the clients visualize the design system in practice.
